Aurangabad/Mumbai, April 12 : Maharashtra has reported forty-one new Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours, a health bulletin said on Tuesday. With the addition of these new cases, the state’s cumulative case tally has surged to 78,75,211 and the death toll remain as to 1,47,816. Meanwhile,87 cured patients were discharged during the day across the state, taking overall count of recoveries to 77,26,663. The state’s recovery rate significantly came down to 98.11 per cent and fatality rate 1.87 per cent . Presently, 732 active patients were undergoing treatment in different hospitals , the bulletin added. While no one Covid positive cases was reported across the eight district of Marathwada region of Maharashtra state, the bulletin further added. VKB GNK
