New Delhi, April 5 : The Lok Sabha witnessed protests over price rise, with the House getting adjourned halfway through the Question Hour as Opposition MPs raised slogans against the government. The members on the opposition benches were on their feet soon after the House met. Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury demanded MPs be allowed to speak on the issue. Speaker Om Birla however continued with the Question Hour. Opposition MPs too, continued with their protests raising slogans against the government displaying placards. Around 11.30 am, the Speaker adjourned the House till 12 noon. AO ING
