New Delhi, April 13 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi has met district panchayat members from Gujarat and spoken at length about issues relating to rural development and leveraging ‘Jan Shakti’ for societal progress, the PMO said on Wednesday. “Yesterday, had an excellent meeting with District Panchayat members from Gujarat. We talked at length about issues relating to rural development and leveraging Jan Shakti for societal progress,” Modi tweeted. The Prime Minister virtually attended a number of programs in poll-bound Gujarat. He inaugurated the hostel and education complex of Annapurnadham Trust at Adalaj, Gujarat via video conferencing on Tuesday. Prime Minister also addressed the 14th Foundation Day celebration at Umiya Mata Temple at Gathila, Junagadh in Gujarat on Rama Navami virtually. Last Friday, the Prime Minister urged devotees to participate in Sound and Light show at Ambaji shrine in Gujarat which is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths situated in the Indian subcontinent.
