Mumbai, October 15 (Daily Kiran): Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels gained nearly 0.9% in early trade on Wednesday after the company announced the signing of a new property in Gandhidham, Gujarat. The stock was trading at ₹163.00, up ₹1.40 or 0.87% from its previous close of ₹161.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at ₹162.65 and touched an intraday high of ₹163.45 and a low of ₹161.75, with around 18,320 shares changing hands. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹180.60 (September 8, 2025) and a 52-week low of ₹110.55 (April 7, 2025). The company’s current market capitalisation stands at ₹12,913.62 crore.
Promoters currently hold 22.28% stake in the company, while institutions and non-institutions hold 41.31% and 36.41%, respectively.
The company announced the signing of its latest property — Lemon Tree Hotel, Gandhidham — which will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The expansion strengthens the group’s presence in Gujarat and aims to serve both business and leisure travellers with a “fresh, vibrant, and value-driven” experience.
