Lemon Tree Hotels hits new 52-week high on launching second property in Vishakhapatnam

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 92.10, up by 1.00 points or 1.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 91.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 92.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 93.20 and Rs. 91.50 respectively. So far 379909 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 93.20 on 06-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 42.10 on 29-Nov-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 93.20 and Rs. 82.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7300.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 23.93%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.32% and 36.75% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has opened Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Sreekanya, Visakhapatnam. This is the second property of the group in the city, strategically located near Gajuwaka, in the Southwest of Vishakhapatnam.

Vishakhapatnam, the ‘Jewel of the East Coast’ is a major tourist attraction and is known for its beaches, ancient Buddhist sites and the biodiversity of the surrounding Eastern Ghats.

The hotel features 44 well-appointed rooms and suites with aesthetically-designed interiors and modern amenities and facilities for the utmost comfort of guests.

Complementing the stay is a multi-cuisine coffee shop – Keys Cafe. This hotel also features a well-appointed venue for functions, business meetings, conferences and private events.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
