Launch of Low-Altitude Industry Talent Training Center in Lhasa

Beijing, June 15: The ‘Fangkang Low-Altitude Industry Talent Training Center’ was officially inaugurated in Lhasa, the capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region in southwest China.

This center aims to train professionals who are not only technically skilled in the low-altitude industry but also possess practical experience.

Equipped with modern facilities, the center offers training sites, flight assistance, and operational management. It will primarily focus on training drone operators. Additionally, it will provide industry-based application training, emergency preparedness exercises, and hands-on experience related to low-altitude applications.

This initiative is considered a significant step by the Tibet Civil Aviation General Aviation Company to promote the low-altitude economy in the region. It also aims to strengthen drone operation training and develop technical capabilities in related fields.

An official from the company stated that they will collaborate with various partners to fully utilize local resources and work towards the development of the low-altitude economic sector on the plateau.

He emphasized that the goal is to advance Tibet’s low-altitude industry with high quality by integrating talent development, practical applications, and industrial expansion.
