New Delhi, May 10: The Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) has announced openings for a total of 15 apprentice trainee positions across various trades. The deadline to apply for these positions is set for May 11, which falls on a Monday.
According to the official notification, there are 8 positions available for candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 7 positions for those with a diploma or a B.Com/B.A. degree. The online application process commenced on April 22, and interested candidates are encouraged to submit their registration forms on or before the final deadline.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Alternatively, a diploma in the aforementioned fields or a graduation degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Arts (B.A.) is also acceptable.
The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 27 years, calculated as of May 11. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per the rules.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on merit, followed by shortlisting and interviews. The monthly stipend for selected candidates will be ₹15,000 for B.Tech/B.E. holders, ₹10,900 for diploma holders, and ₹12,300 for B.Com/B.A. graduates.
To apply online, candidates should first visit the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal. After registering on the homepage, they must fill in all required information and upload the necessary documents in the specified size. Finally, they should check the registration fee and submit their application. It is advisable to print a copy of the registration form for future reference.
