Visakhapatnam, December 6 – India’s chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav has become the Indian bowler with the most ‘4-wicket hauls’ against a single team in ODI format. India restricted the South African team to 270 runs in the third ODI match at ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium on Saturday. In this innings, India’s chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav took 4 wickets for 41 runs in 10 overs.
With this performance, Kuldeep Yadav became the third Indian bowler to achieve the most ‘4-wicket hauls’ in ODI format. Kuldeep has accomplished this feat on 11 occasions. Ahead of Kuldeep in this list are Mohammed Shami (16 times) and Ajit Agarkar (12 times).
This was Kuldeep Yadav’s fifth ‘4-wicket haul’ against South Africa, which is a record for the most ‘4-wicket hauls’ by any Indian bowler against a single team in ODIs. Zaheer Khan against Zimbabwe and Mohammed Shami against West Indies have achieved this feat four times each.
