Shimla, March 19 : The Keylong Darcha Road (NH-003) road remained blocked between Keylong and Darcha for a while due to avalanche and landslide but is now open for traffic movement, District Administration Lahaul-Spiti said on Saturday. Spokesperson of Lahaul Spiti district said that an Avalanche hit Keylong Darcha road five hours ago but it has been restored now. No loss of life and property has been reported due to the Avalanche.
