Mumbai, October 3 (Daily Kiran) : Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor took to social media to wish Gurik, the son of fellow actor Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi, a happy fifth birthday.
In her post, Kareena shared an adorable black-and-white photo featuring her younger son, Jeh Ali Khan, affectionately known as “Jeh,” alongside Gurik. The two boys struck a cute pose with their arms crossed. Gurik sported a jacket personalized with the letter “G,” while Jeh’s jacket featured the letter “J.”
Kareena’s heartfelt caption read, “Happy Birthday ‘G’ Baba, may God always bless you, Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi.” Gurik was born on October 3, 2021, and he has an older sister, Mehr Dhupia Bedi, who was born on November 18, 2018.
The professional relationship between Kareena and Neha began with the 2006 comedy-drama film “Chup Chup Ke,” directed by Priyadarshan and featuring Shahid Kapoor in a leading role. In the film, Kareena portrayed the character Shruti, while Neha played her cousin Meenakshi.
“Chup Chup Ke” was released on June 9, 2006, and featured a star-studded cast, including Sunil Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Om Puri, Anupam Kher, Shakti Kapoor, and others in supporting roles.
Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi tied the knot in a private ceremony on May 10, 2018. Their daughter, Mehr, was born later that year, followed by the arrival of their son, Gurik, in 2021.
