The scrip opened at Rs. 529.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 554.80 and Rs. 526.80 respectively. So far 30456 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 565.90 on 09-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 332.30 on 11-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 565.90 and Rs. 501.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8124.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.55%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.91% and 6.55% respectively.

Kalpataru Power Transmission has raised Rs 99 crore by allotment of 990 Listed, Rated, Unsecured, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis.

The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 8, 2022 had approved the same.
