Kalpataru Power Transmission has raised Rs 99 crore by allotment of 990 Listed, Rated, Unsecured, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis.
The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 8, 2022 had approved the same.
