Both Punjab Kings and KKR could still qualify for the playoffs. If RR and Punjab lose their next matches and KKR wins both, KKR could qualify with 15 points. Conversely, if RR wins their next match, they will qualify directly. If RR and KKR lose their next matches while Punjab wins, Punjab could still make it to the playoffs with 15 points.
Mumbai Indians have 8 points from 12 matches, while LSG also has 8 points from 13 matches, both teams are now out of the playoff race.
