Rajasthan Royals’ captain Riyan Parag won the toss and opted to bat first. However, the team struggled to get off to a strong start, losing openers Vaibhav Suryaanshi for 4 runs and Yashasvi Jaiswal for 6 runs. Captain Parag’s impressive 90 runs off 50 balls, along with Donovan Ferreira’s quick 47 runs off 14 balls and Dhruv Jurel’s 42 runs off 32 balls, helped RR set a respectable total of 225 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their 20 overs.

Tristan Stubbs remained unbeaten with 18 runs off 11 balls, and Ashutosh Sharma finished with 25 runs off 15 balls. DC successfully chased down the target in 19.1 overs, winning the match by 7 wickets with a total of 226 runs for 3 wickets.
