Leh, October 18 (Daily Kiran) : The Indian Air Force played a crucial role in saving the life of a 30-year-old man suffering from a serious illness. In a daring nighttime operation, the Air Force transported the critically ill patient from Leh to Delhi without delay. Upon arrival in Delhi, the patient was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for further treatment.
This mission showcased the Air Force’s readiness and humanitarian commitment. The individual required immediate medical assistance due to his grave condition. In response, the Air Force launched a special air operation late at night.
A C-130J aircraft successfully flew the patient from Leh to Palam Airport in Delhi. The Ministry of Defence noted that the operation was executed on very short notice, emphasizing the urgency of providing the patient with advanced medical facilities. The Air Force’s prompt action ensured the patient received the necessary care as quickly as possible.
