Indiamart Intermesh gains on acquiring 26.01% stake in EasyEcom

Indiamart Intermesh is currently trading at Rs. 6615.00, up by 45.30 points or 0.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 6569.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6567.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6625.00 and Rs. 6567.25 respectively. So far 720 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 9951.95 on 05-Feb-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6292.75 on 30-Dec-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6695.25 and Rs. 6432.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 20080.01 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.59% and 17.89% respectively.

Indiamart Intermesh has invested about Rs 13.35 crore via its wholly-owned subsidiary Tradezeal Online to acquire a 26.01 per cent stake in EasyEcom. Edgewise Technologies – under the brand name ‘EasyEcom’ – offers AI-driven omnichannel inventory and warehouse management solutions to merchants.
