Mumbai, September 18 (Daily Kiran) : BJP MLA Ram Kadam recently highlighted India’s impressive 7.8% GDP growth, attributing this success to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s unwavering dedication. In a discussion, Kadam remarked, “Prime Minister Modi is perhaps the only leader in the world who has not taken a single day off in his 25-year political journey. His identity is built on service, dedication, and a commitment to the nation’s progress, working up to 20 hours a day. Thanks to his efforts, our country has become the fourth-largest economy since 2014, and we are on the verge of becoming the world’s leading economic power.”
Kadam also commented on RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat‘s recent visit to Ujjain, stating, “The RSS engages with everyone. It’s a continuous process of understanding the concerns of students, youth, and elders alike.”
Responding to actress Swara Bhasker’s comments regarding the Ram Janmabhoomi decision, Kadam criticized those who make sensational statements for publicity. “Some individuals make absurd comments just to stay in the limelight. They should not be given importance as such statements are merely for attention,” he said.
On the defamation notice sent by Disha Salian’s father to Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray, Kadam questioned the delay in addressing the issue. “Thackeray took six and a half years to respond, claiming no involvement. If that is the case, what was he afraid of? Why wasn’t a proper investigation conducted? These questions cast doubt on him,” Kadam stated. He emphasized that Disha’s father’s repeated calls for a CBI inquiry should have been acted upon.
Regarding concerns from Congress about the OBC quota in the Maratha reservation issue, Kadam dismissed the claims. “There is nothing to worry about. The Maratha community knows that Devendra Fadnavis was the first to grant reservation, approving 12 out of 13 demands,” he concluded.
