New Delhi, February 19: The India AI Impact Summit 2026 was held at Bharat Mandapam in the national capital. Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared his insights during the leaders’ plenary session on Thursday. BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi credited the success of the summit to PM Modi and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.

Trivedi remarked that India is hosting the World AI Summit, with representatives from 100 countries in attendance. This moment is both exciting and proud for every Indian, yet it may come as a surprise to some. He recalled a former finance minister who once claimed that Indians lacked the ability to learn new technologies, questioning their competence in understanding digital transactions.

He emphasized that India is the leading nation in digital transactions and is now taking a prominent role at the World AI Summit. This achievement is attributed to the visionary and effective leadership of Prime Minister Modi. The commendable efforts of IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and his team made this possible. Trivedi urged those who doubted India’s capacity to adopt new technologies to acknowledge their mistakes in light of the summit’s success.

He stated that this is one of the most glorious moments in contemporary Indian history. In this era of Amrit Kaal, India has the potential to lead in technology and innovation on a global scale. This is a testament to our capabilities, and on behalf of the party, we express our gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
