New Delhi, February 22: The conclusion of the ‘India AI Impact Summit 2026’ held in New Delhi is not merely an end but a signal for progress. Attendees engaged in discussions, conveying a clear message: the world has found in India not just a market, but a partner in shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

According to an official statement, the week-long summit featured the ‘India AI Impact Expo,’ which spanned ten different sectors and over 70,000 square meters. Global representatives, tech leaders, researchers, and students roamed the expansive halls, experiencing dialogue and demonstrations.

At the heart of the event was a theme grounded in confidence for civilization: “Sarva Jan Hitaya, Sarva Jan Sukhaaya,” meaning welfare for all, happiness for all.

In his inaugural address, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that this summit sets a standard for India’s artificial intelligence. He highlighted diversity, demographics, and democracy as India’s enduring strengths.

He emphasized that any AI model that succeeds in India can be applied globally. “Design and develop in India, reach out to the world and humanity,” he said.

French President Emmanuel Macron praised India’s achievements, noting the creation of a digital identity for 1.4 billion people. He highlighted a payment system that processes 20 billion transactions monthly and a health infrastructure that has issued 50 million digital health IDs. He reminded the audience that this is the India Stack: open, interoperable, and sovereign. He added that we are in the early stages of development at an unprecedented pace.

The statement indicated that the scale of the summit is evident. Yet, instead of competition, a collaborative atmosphere prevailed. The presence of multilateral institutions and political leaders underscored the summit’s significance. It is not merely a trade fair; it is a decisive platform that will determine how AI is operated and utilized in an interconnected world.

This event has enhanced India’s image as a host and a powerful nation, confident in its digital public infrastructure. It is a country eager to share its resources and learn from others. A platform where sovereign ambition aligns with global accountability.
