Islamabad, March 27 : Ahead of no-confidence motion against Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, his aide and Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) chief Nawabzada Shahzain Bugti has joined the opposition. Bugti was earlier serving as the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant (SAPM) on Reconciliation and Harmony in Balochistan. According to The Express Tribune, after a meeting with Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairperson Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari at his residence, Bugti announced that he would support the opposition in the wake of the no-confidence motion submitted against Prime Minister Imran Khan. Meanwhile, Imran Khan will be addressing “Amr bil Maroof” public meeting. Earlier in a audio message, he said, “The jalsa being held today is not the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) fight but the battle for Pakistan’s future. “Today, we are out to make Pakistan’s history.” According to Dawn, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Maryam Nawaz, along with Punjab opposition leader Hamza Shehbaz have led her party caravan via GT Road to the capital, calling it the last nail in the coffin of the PTI government.
