IIFL Finance surges on raising Rs 10 crore via NCDs

IIFL Finance is currently trading at Rs. 314.00, up by 6.75 points or 2.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 307.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 307.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 318.90 and Rs. 303.10 respectively. So far 42395 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A ‘ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 375.05 on 03-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 112.70 on 22-Jan-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 321.95 and Rs. 299.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11957.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 24.93%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.91% and 53.16% respectively.

IIFL Finance has raised Rs 10 crore through allotment of 100 Non-Convertible Debentures namely Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debenture -Series D15 of Face Value of Rs 10 lakh each, for cash at par, on Private Placement Basis. Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution dated January 21, 2022 approved allotment of the same.
