New Delhi, August 11 (H.S.) – The highly anticipated action entertainer War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, is set to release in theatres on August 14. With only a few days left for the big day, the film has already generated massive excitement among fans. Advance bookings have begun, and just three days before its release, the makers have revealed their promotional strategy.

To ensure a grand release, the producers have issued specific guidelines to cinema owners across the country. Single-screen theatres have been directed not to screen any other film and to dedicate all shows exclusively to War 2.
The same rule applies to two-screen and three-screen theatres, with Yash Raj Films (YRF) mandating at least 12 shows per day in two-screen cinemas and a minimum of 18 shows per day in three-screen theatres.
According to reports, multiplexes with 4, 5, and 6 screens will be required to run at least 21, 27, and 30 shows per day, respectively. Multiplexes with 7 screens will have to screen the film 36 times daily, those with 8 screens will run 42 shows, 9-screen multiplexes will show it 48 times, and multiplexes with 10 or more screens will dedicate at least 54 shows daily to War 2.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this high-octane action entertainer also stars Kiara Advani in a pivotal role.
