HP Adhesives has debuted at Rs 319.00 on the BSE, up by 45.00 points or 16.42% from its issue price of Rs 274.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 334.95, up by 60.95 points or 22.24% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 334.95 and Rs 319.00 respectively. So far 1.44 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
Overall the issue was subscribed 20.96 times with retail investors oversubscribing their portion of the issue 81.24 times. The non-Institutional Investor (NII) portion of the issue was subscribed 19.04 times while the Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) portion was bid 1.82 times.
The offering was open for subscription between December 15, 2021 and December 17, 2021. The issue price was fixed at Rs 274 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 262-274 apiece.
HP Adhesives manufactures a wide range of consumer adhesives and sealants products such as PVC, solvent cement, synthetic rubber adhesive, PVA adhesives, silicone sealant, acrylic sealant, gasket shellac, other sealants, and PVC pipe lubricant.
