Mumbai, Mar 22 : The Bombay High Court on Tuesday directed the Maharashtra government to produce all files and data relied upon by the state executive committee while deciding to not permit unvaccinated persons to travel in suburban trains in view of Covid-19 pandemic. The direction was given by a division bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice M S Karnik during the hearing of a public interest litigation (PIL) challenging the state government’s decision to continue insisting that one must have received both doses of Covid vaccine to travel in local trains and use other modes of public transport in the city.
