The court of Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court Mahendra Kumar Pandey has considered Kiran Singh’s petition as admissible. In this matter, the arguments of both parties were completed in the court on October 15.
Kiran Singh had sought permission to bar the entry of Muslims, hand over the premises to Hindus and worship the Shivling and perform Raag Bhog. The court admitted the plea.
Advocates of plaintiff, Kiran Singh had argued that whether the suit is maintainable or not, the objection raised by the Anjuman Arrangement is a matter of evidence and trial. Except for the dome of Gyanvapi, everything belongs to the temple.
It is a historical fact that Aurangzeb ordered the demolition of the temple and the construction of a mosque. The Waqf Act does not apply to the Hindu side.
Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh chief Jitendra Singh Visen says that six cases related to Gyanvapi are being fought under his supervision. He is apprehensive that due to the conspiracy of some people, all the cases under his supervision will end.
In May this year, a videography survey of the Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri complex was conducted on the orders of the court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division). During this, a figure was found in the Vajukhana of Gyanvapi Masjid. Describing it as Shivling, the Hindu side had said that Adi Vishweshwar has appeared along with it. On the other hand, the Muslim side argued that it is a fountain.
