New Delhi, June 2: Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Deputy CM Harsh Sanghvi expressed their condolences following the passing of senior BJP leader Yogesh Patel. He had been battling health issues for an extended period and was receiving treatment at a private hospital. Yogesh Patel was a significant figure in Vadodara’s political landscape.
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel took to the social media platform X to share his grief, stating, “I express my deep sorrow over the demise of Yogeshbhai Patel, the MLA from Manjalpur. He was dedicated to serving the nation and the public, earning a special place in the hearts of the common people. I pray to God to grant peace to his soul and give strength to his grieving family and supporters to bear this loss.”
Deputy CM Harsh Sanghvi also expressed his sorrow on X, writing, “The news of the passing of popular public representative, senior BJP leader, and MLA Yogeshbhai Patel from Vadodara is extremely heartbreaking. May God grant eternal peace to his departed soul and provide strength to the bereaved family and well-wishers to cope with this sorrow.”
Union Minister C.R. Patil shared his condolences on X, stating, “The news of the passing of Yogeshbhai Patel, MLA from the Manjalpur area of Vadodara and a prominent figure in social life, is deeply saddening. Throughout his long public life, he worked with dedication for development, public welfare, and solving people’s problems. His simple nature and warmth earned him a special place in the hearts of the public. We pray that God grants his soul a place at His feet and provides strength to his family, well-wishers, and supporters to endure this irreparable loss.”
BJP MP Rajesh Chudasma also expressed his sorrow on X, stating, “The passing of popular MLA Yogeshbhai Patel is a significant loss for the BJP family, as we have lost a dedicated public representative. May God grant his soul eternal peace and give his family the strength to cope with this sorrow.”
