Gujarat Pipavav Port spurts on handling 199 thousand TEUs Containers Cargo in Q1FY24

The scrip opened at Rs. 120.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 122.20 and Rs. 120.25 respectively. So far 31796 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 127.80 on 27-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 77.30 on 12-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 123.50 and Rs. 116.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5839.95 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.01%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 44.02% and 11.97% respectively.

Gujarat Pipavav Port has handled 199 thousand TEUs Containers Cargo in first quarter of FY24 (Q1FY24) as compared to 187 thousand TEUs Containers handled in Q1FY23, a growth of 6.42%. The company has also handled Dry Bulk Cargo of 0.67 million metric tons, Liquid Cargo of 0.26 million metric tons, Ro Ro Cargo of 14000 units and Container trains handled were 523 in Q1FY24.

Gujarat Pipavav Port is engaged in providing port services such as marine services, material handling and storage operations.
