
Ahmedabad, September 6 (Daily Kiran) : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday and his 25 years of public service with a month-long ‘Seva Samarpan’ campaign across India. In Ahmedabad, a workshop was held on Sunday to prepare for this initiative.
During the workshop, Gujarat BJP President Jagdish Vishwakarma addressed party officials and workers, providing guidance for the upcoming events. National Secretary Rohan Gupta was also present at the meeting, emphasizing the importance of the campaign.
The ‘Seva Samarpan’ program in Gujarat will run from September 17 to October 17. It includes 13 planned activities, such as lighting one lakh lamps, street plays, and various initiatives to promote good governance across all 48 wards in the city.
On September 17, the lighting of one lakh lamps will involve participation from various social organizations, NGOs, and community leaders. The street plays and other activities will take place over the next 30 days in all wards.
Umang Naik, General Secretary of the BJP in Ahmedabad, stated that numerous events will be organized from September 17 to October 17, celebrating both Modi’s birthday and his years of dedicated service. He highlighted the importance of making the public aware of Modi’s commitment to public service during his 13 years as Chief Minister and 12 years as Prime Minister.
