Gruesome Discovery of Severed and Burned Body Shocks Buldhana District

Buldhana, April 26: A shocking incident has unfolded in the Rasulpur area of the Jalgaon Jamod tehsil in Maharashtra’s Buldhana district. An unknown woman’s severed and partially burned body was discovered near the Rajura minor project, causing widespread panic among local residents.

According to police reports, the body was found in a secluded area near the Rajura minor project, with the head detached from the torso and both parts showing signs of burning. Upon receiving the news, senior police officials, along with the local crime branch (LCB), forensic experts, a dog squad, and local police teams, rushed to the scene to begin their investigation and gather evidence.

The identity of the woman remains unknown, posing a significant challenge for the police due to the condition of the body. The forensic team is conducting an autopsy and other scientific tests. Initial investigations indicate that police are exploring all possible angles. Some locals have speculated that the incident may be linked to Aghori rituals or human sacrifice, but the police have clarified that no theories have been confirmed yet. Under the guidance of Buldhana Superintendent of Police Nilesh Tambe, Jalgaon Police Inspector Nitin Patil is leading the investigation.
