New Delhi, May 20: A golden opportunity has emerged for youth seeking jobs in the banking sector. The India Exim Bank (Export-Import Bank of India) has announced the recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) through a direct hiring campaign, with a total of five positions available.
The vacancies include four positions for Unreserved (UR) candidates and one for Other Backward Classes (OBC, NCL). The online application process commenced on May 15, and the last date to apply is set for June 14. Candidates interested in applying are advised to submit their registration forms by the deadline.
Applicants must hold a graduation degree from a recognized institution or university, along with a specialization in hotel and hospitality management or equivalent qualifications. Additionally, a post-graduation degree (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) or a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks is required.
The minimum age for applicants is 21 years, while the maximum age is capped at 28 years, calculated as of April 30. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a written examination worth 100 marks, followed by a personal interview and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹48,480 to ₹85,920.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is ₹600 for General/OBC candidates and ₹100 for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/PWD/EWS and female candidates.
