As well as offering exciting experiences such ascheetah race, and watch the playful chimpanzees and large gorillas in action, Al Ain Zoo also offers guest to hear firsthand stories from caretakers about the hippopotamus and parrots, meet the reptiles, and visit some of the Zoo’s famous exhibits,including those dedicated to hippopotamus’ and crocodiles, as well as the Big Cat Oasis, and many others.
Meanwhile, Al Ain Safari offers guests an exciting opportunity to explore the African Wildlife as animals roam the vast spaces freely. All safari vehicles are equipped with plastic partitions and routinely sanitized between trips to ensure the health and safety of all guests.The highest possible safety standards and precautionary measures are followed at all times to guarantee an exciting and enjoyable experience for all in attendance.
Activities commence at Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Centre by showcasing “Desert Vision” film, a riveting experience capturing the struggle of ancestors who survived the harsh desert environment amid visual effects and natural scenes of biological diversity and spectacular animal species. Visitors to SZDLC will go on a journey through time across the UAE’s past, present, and future, throughfive wonderful interactive galleries that include Sheikh Zayed Tribute Hall, Abu Dhabi Desert over Time, Abu Dhabi’s Living World, People of the Desert, and Looking to the Future.
