Greater Noida, March 28: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the first phase of the Noida International Airport in Jewar, Gautam Buddha Nagar, on Saturday. He is expected to address a public gathering during the event. Local residents and BJP workers are filled with enthusiasm regarding the airport’s inauguration.
A BJP worker who traveled from Bulandshahr expressed, “The development around Jewar Airport is evident. Whether in the hotel sector or job opportunities, there is excitement among the youth and locals. A large crowd is coming to thank Prime Minister Modi.”
Another supporter remarked, “We could never have imagined an airport here, as Akhilesh Yadav wanted to take it to Etawah. The construction of the airport in Jewar is a gift from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.”
A different BJP supporter added, “This is a significant achievement for Uttar Pradesh. The gift given by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the Prime Minister is invaluable, especially in transforming an area that was once plagued by crime and terror in the 1990s.”
A local citizen stated, “Today is a historic day for Gautam Buddha Nagar and Noida. The construction of the airport in Jewar will open numerous opportunities for the people here, increasing their income and job prospects.”
A young worker noted, “This is a historic achievement for the people of this region. Today, Jewar International Airport is set to become a milestone for the area. It is a significant moment not just for the locals but also for residents of nearby regions and all districts in Western Uttar Pradesh.”
