Additionally, avoid working with the laptop on your lap; always use a table. This prevents direct contact with radiation. Maintain at least a one-foot distance between yourself and the table to keep both your eyes and body healthy. Also, refrain from keeping your phone too close.
Many people keep their phones in their pockets or near them while sleeping, which can harm both the heart and brain. If you have Wi-Fi at home, try to place the router outside. When sleeping, try to keep your phone on airplane mode. This significantly reduces radiation levels. Additionally, make an effort to keep children away from gadgets. Excessive gadget use can weaken children’s mental capacity and hinder their development.
