EaseMyTrip Reports ₹15.4 Crore Loss in Q4 of FY26

Mumbai, May 31: Online travel company EaseMyTrip has reported a significant shift from profit to loss in the fourth quarter of FY26. The company incurred a loss of ₹15.4 crore during the January to March period. In contrast, it had posted a profit of ₹13.9 crore in the same quarter of FY25.

In the previous quarter of FY26, EaseMyTrip recorded a profit of ₹3.4 crore.

Despite the loss in the March quarter, the company’s operational revenue increased by 8.9% year-on-year, reaching ₹151.9 crore, compared to ₹139.5 crore in the same period last year. On a quarterly basis, this shows a slight increase from ₹151.6 crore in the third quarter of FY26.

When including other income, the total revenue for the fourth quarter of FY26 stood at ₹166 crore.

However, the company’s expenses surged by 38.6% year-on-year and 18.4% quarter-on-quarter, totaling ₹153.2 crore in the March quarter.

For the entire FY26, EaseMyTrip reported a net loss of ₹47.5 crore, a stark contrast to the profit of ₹108.6 crore in FY25.

Operational income also fell by 8.8% from ₹587.3 crore in the previous fiscal year to ₹535.7 crore.

The company’s EBITDA plummeted by over 85.8% year-on-year, landing at ₹22.9 crore, while the EBITDA margin dropped from 26.7% in FY25 to just 4%.

EaseMyTrip did not disclose EBITDA figures for the March quarter.

The air ticketing segment remained the largest contributor to the company’s revenue, although it saw a 14.7% decline in Q4 of FY26, generating ₹80 crore compared to ₹93.9 crore in the same quarter last year.

Conversely, the hotel and holiday package business experienced robust growth, with revenue soaring by nearly 148% to ₹57.8 crore, up from ₹23.3 crore in Q4 of FY25.

Income from other services declined by 36.9%, falling from ₹22.3 crore in the same quarter last year to ₹14.1 crore.

EaseMyTrip’s shares closed down 2.70% at ₹7.20 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday.
