DLF gains on reporting sales worth Rs 1500 crore for residential project ‘ONE Midtown’

DLF is currently trading at Rs. 412.80, up by 3.55 points or 0.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 409.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 421.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 426.70 and Rs. 411.70 respectively. So far 479686 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 449.80 on 18-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 231.95 on 22-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 426.70 and Rs. 391.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 102391.27 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.88% and 5.17% respectively.

DLF has clocked sales worth approximately Rs 1500 crore for towers in the first phase of the newly launched luxury residential project, ONE Midtown. Located in West Delhi, ONE Midtown boasts of 4 towers soaring to 39 floors each, offering its residents panoramic views of the acres of greenery surrounding it. The 913 spacious and elegant apartments, come with a choice of two, three or four bedrooms. Available residences at ONE Midtown are priced at Rs 3 crore onwards.
