Dhunseri Tea & Industries has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on December 5, 2022 with Apeejay Tea for acquisition of the two tea estates (Budlabeta Tea Estate and Hapjan Tea Estate) located in Tinsukia District in the State of Assam for a total consideration of Rs 109.00 crore.
The objective of acquisition is to enhance production, turnover and profitability.
