Dhanvarsha Finvest trades jubilantly on planning to raise funds through various modes

The scrip opened at Rs. 119.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 134.45 and Rs. 118.00 respectively. So far 141464 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘X’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 187.50 on 07-Feb-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 93.00 on 29-Nov-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 134.45 and Rs. 111.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 989.12 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.35%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.21% and 35.44% respectively.

Dhanvarsha Finvest is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of equity shares and/or convertible warrants, on preferential basis to non-promoters in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on March 11, 2022, to inter-alia, consider the same.
