According to police reports, both individuals were wanted in several serious criminal cases and had been evading capture by law enforcement across various states for an extended period.

Police state that Raman and Karan have been involved in numerous high-profile incidents, including the murder of dairy businessman Ratan in Aaya Nagar, Delhi, in December 2025, where over 70 rounds were fired.

The Special Cell has also arrested two brothers, Shekhar Tiwari (23) and Vinod Tiwari (30), from Govardhan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, who were providing shelter and acting as money mules for Raman and Karan.

The Delhi Police presented all four suspects in court, where they secured police remand for further questioning and investigation.
