New Delhi, February 21: The Delhi BJP government has introduced the CM Public Grievance Portal to address the issues faced by the residents of Delhi. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta stated that this portal will facilitate the resolution of citizens’ problems.
With the launch of this portal, residents no longer need to visit offices to resolve their complaints. Through the CM Public Grievance Portal and mobile app, issues related to water, electricity, roads, and sanitation can be directly communicated to the relevant departments from the comfort of their homes. Complaints can be registered with just one click, making the resolution process faster, simpler, and more transparent.
In a media interaction, CM Rekha Gupta announced the launch of the CM Public Grievance Portal and mobile app. Now, both online and offline methods will allow Delhi residents to easily convey their issues to the government. Our call centers will operate on this platform, ensuring a comprehensive feedback system and an appeals authority. The aim is to listen to and resolve the problems of people from every corner of Delhi. I assure the citizens that our government will provide facilities, transparency, and corruption-free governance while working digitally.
Every resident can now register complaints regarding water, electricity, roads, and sanitation directly through their mobile devices or the portal. Additionally, 75 government services, including income, residence, caste, marriage, birth-death certificates, and ration cards, will be available at 7,000 CSC centers near their homes. The EWS-DG-CWSN portal will streamline the admission process in private schools, ensuring fair opportunities for children. Our government is committed to building a developed Delhi where technology provides better and easier services to every citizen.
Regarding the Youth Congress protest at the AI Summit, CM Rekha Gupta stated that the Congress party’s actions were not just disruptions of an event but a calculated attempt to undermine India’s reputation, respect, and bright future. The Congress has never accepted India’s growth, nor its global leadership today. Their political interests have always superseded national interests. This is a new India that is progressing and leading, and the citizens will not allow it to be weakened at any cost. I strongly condemn the Congress’s irresponsible behavior.
