Udaipur, February 19, 2025 The Amrita Haat Bazaar, a divisional-level fair organized by the Department of Women Empowerment and Women & Child Development, witnessed a spectacular cultural showcase by the registered artists of the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India. The vibrant performances took place at Bhandari Darshak Mandap, Udaipur, where shoppers and visitors were treated to a mesmerizing display of folk dances, music, and informative presentations.

Under the leadership of Rajju Johri, the exhibition officer of CBC, the Leela Devi & Party enthralled audiences with their artistic brilliance while spreading awareness about government initiatives like Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Poshan Abhiyan, and Viksit Bharat 2047.

Folk Dances and Musical Narratives Promote Social Awareness

The event was not merely an entertainment spectacle but also a platform to educate the public about crucial government schemes. The artists, dressed in traditional Rajasthani attire, performed Terah Taali, Chari Nritya, Ghoomar, and Bhavai, captivating the audience with their rhythmic moves and synchronized choreography.

Through their soulful renditions and folk songs, the performers creatively conveyed the importance of girl child education, women empowerment, and nutrition awareness.
