Countries in Europe are seeing a resurgence in cases of COVID-19, with national leaders all trying different strategies to try to slow the increase before hospital capacity is overwhelmed.
Most countries are now declaring more cases each day than during the first wave at the beginning of the year. Some of that is due to increased testing capacity, hospitalisations and deaths are also on the up.
