Controversy Surrounds Riti Tiwari as Ekam Bawa Denies Her Claims

Mumbai, September 26 (Daily Kiran) : Riti Tiwari, daughter of Bhojpuri actor and politician Manoj Tiwari, is currently under fire for her comments on “Bigg Boss 20.” During a heated exchange with co-contestants Uditi and Kazi Tauqeer, she used inappropriate language and complained about her low pocket money. In response, her stepfather, Punjabi singer Ekam Bawa, has publicly challenged her statements.

In a video shared on Instagram, Bawa asserted that he knows Riti well and questioned how someone with expensive bags and cars could claim to have limited financial resources. He pointed out that Riti recently stated she receives just ₹25,000 as pocket money each month.

Bawa recounted his history with Riti, revealing that he lived with her family from 2020 to 2025 and was in a live-in relationship with her mother from 2020 to 2022, before marrying her in 2022. He emphasized that Riti possesses handbags worth hundreds of thousands of rupees and owns luxury vehicles, including a Range Rover, which incur significant expenses.

He urged Riti to stop misleading the public and criticized her for using foul language on the show. “You are making people crazy with your lies,” he stated, advising her to conduct herself properly to avoid further issues.

Bawa also expressed his discontent regarding Riti’s mother, Rani Tiwari, saying he lacks words to describe what occurred between them. He prefers to keep a low profile on social media but felt compelled to speak out against the falsehoods being spread.

In closing, he appealed to Riti to cease her aggressive behavior on the show and to live authentically. “I have lived with you for six years; I know many things about you,” he added, pleading with her to stop misleading others.
