Udaipur, 14 August 2025 : The reformist Dawoodi Bohra community’s Bohra Youth observed the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.), the grandson of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.), who was martyred at Karbala along with his 72 companions. The Chehlum majlis was held on Wednesday-Thursday night at Wajihpura Masjid in Bohrawadi.
Presiding over the majlis, Haji Mulla Peer Ali Sahib spoke about the sacrifices of Imam Hussain and his companions. Asrar Ahmed Jawariawala and party, Mujammil and party, Moiz Ali and party, and Sarfaraz Muhib and party recited marsiyas in remembrance of Imam Hussain and the Ahl al-Bayt.
On this occasion, a community niyaz was also organised this evening at the Jamaat Khana in Bohrawadi.
