Central Railway introduces ‘Conversations on the Move’ in Deccan Queen Express

Pune, Apr 20 : In a bid to make Pune-Mumbai journey a richer, more intuitive and engaging experience for its passengers using innovative technology, Central Railway has introduced Gupshup’s world-class conversational engagement solutions in Deccan Queen Express and planned to introduce in 10 more express trains. A frequent traveller on the Deccan Queen can scan the QR code in each bay area and get access to more details about the journey and infotainment via an intelligent chatbot, said a release issued by CR here on Wednesday. These details include in-depth details on some of important stations on the route, places to visit, shopping, meals to try, clothing, souvenirs and more. In addition, passengers can also get access to general knowledge, interesting quizzes, exciting games and stories, especially mythology. To top it all, the chatbot can give this infotainment in any language of passenger’s choice, supported by Google Translate, the release added. SP SS 2022
