Mumbai, April 26: Filmmaker Mohit Suri is celebrating the 13th anniversary of his blockbuster film ‘Aashiqui 2.’ On this special occasion, he shared some unseen behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram, accompanied by an emotional note that transported fans back to that era.
In his post, Mohit Suri expressed, “Some films are not just made; they shape you. Every moment spent on set, every silence, every tear, every tune of the music felt like we were not just creating it but living it. Years have passed, but its echoes remain.”
He continued, “There are so many people to thank that I might never be able to name them all. But they all reside within this film. Today, I feel nothing but gratitude for the love this film has received and how it continues to find a place in people’s hearts.”

The film featured Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles. Aditya portrayed Rahul Jaykar, a talented yet troubled singer battling alcoholism, while Shraddha played Aarohi, an aspiring singer.
