New Delhi, 21 November (Daily Kiran): Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is celebrating its 25th anniversary with the launch of a special ₹225 prepaid plan that offers high data benefits along with calling and SMS services. The plan details were shared by the telecom operator through a post on social media platform X. This offer comes in addition to the Silver Jubilee benefits earlier announced by the company.
₹225 Silver Jubilee Plan: Benefits
The ₹225 prepaid plan includes:
30 days service validity
2.5GB data per day
Unlimited voice calling
100 SMS per day
After the daily data limit is exhausted, speed is reduced to 40 Kbps. The plan can be activated using the BSNL Self-Care app or by visiting a nearby BSNL retailer or Common Service Centre.
Along with the prepaid plan, BSNL is also offering a Silver Jubilee FTTH broadband plan priced at ₹625 per month. It includes:
2500GB high-speed data at up to 70 Mbps
600+ live TV channels and 127 premium channels
OTT access to SonyLIV and JioHotstar
BSNL remains India’s third-largest telecom operator and is aiming to boost both mobile and broadband subscriber numbers to strengthen its position against private competitors.
