Practicing for just a few minutes daily can lead to noticeable improvements.

Additionally, Sheetali pranayama is quite useful. This technique involves curling the tongue like a tube to inhale and exhaling through the nose, which helps lower body temperature. It provides significant relief, especially during hot weather and discomfort, making it particularly soothing for pregnant women.

Bhramari pranayama is also effective. This involves producing a humming sound while exhaling, similar to a bee. It calms the mind, reduces anxiety, and can improve sleep quality. This technique can provide immediate relief during times of heightened restlessness.

The best part is that these pranayama practices require minimal time and preparation. Just 10-15 minutes in the morning or evening can yield substantial benefits.
