
Mumbai, February 21: A shocking incident unfolded in the Puwaiyan police jurisdiction of Shahjahanpur district, Uttar Pradesh, where the body of a young man was found hanging from a tree in a mango orchard. The deceased has been identified as Jandel, a resident of Pipariya village in the Pilibhit district.
According to reports, Jandel had visited his in-laws in Sakrapur village just a day prior to the discovery. Villagers, on their way to the fields, noticed the body hanging from the mango tree. Upon hearing the news, they promptly alerted the police. A team from the Puwaiyan police station arrived at the scene immediately and began their investigation.
A forensic team also reached the location to collect various pieces of evidence. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination. Police officials stated that the actual cause of death will be determined once the post-mortem report is available. Currently, it remains unclear whether the death was a suicide or a homicide.
The incident has left the victim’s family in deep anguish, as they are desperately seeking answers from the police. The village is engulfed in fear, with residents speculating about the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
