
Lucknow, April 25: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held a state-level planning meeting for the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Campaign’ on Saturday at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in the capital, Lucknow.
The meeting focused on organizational strength, the ideological development of party workers, and strategies for upcoming district training sessions.
BJP’s state president and Minister of State for Finance, Pankaj Chaudhary, along with state general secretary (organization) Dharmapal Singh and zonal co-coordinator of the training campaign, Raju Bhandari, provided guidance to the officials.
A large number of party officials attended, including state office bearers, regional in-charges, front presidents, district presidents, district in-charges, training session heads, and IT and social media workers.
During the meeting, reports on the completed divisional training sessions were presented, and extensive discussions were held regarding the upcoming district-level training programs.
Special emphasis was placed on strengthening the organizational structure, enhancing the efficiency of workers, and improving the quality of training programs.
In his address, state president Pankaj Chaudhary stated that the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Campaign-2026’ is a significant initiative aimed at strengthening the organization. He emphasized that training is the foundation that prepares workers for nation-building and helps elevate the organization to new heights. He referenced Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s principles of integral humanism, stating that every BJP worker is inspired by these ideals to ensure development reaches the last person in society. Through training sessions, workers develop both organizational efficiency and dedication to national interests.
Chaudhary highlighted the successful organization of training sessions at the divisional level as evidence of worker engagement and instructed that upcoming district training sessions should also be systematic, timely, and results-oriented. He added that trained workers play a crucial role in disseminating the development initiatives led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the masses.
State general secretary (organization) Dharmapal Singh remarked that the BJP is recognized as a disciplined and ideologically driven organization, where training plays a vital role. He stated that this campaign will make workers more capable and alert regarding the organization’s ideology, working style, and responsibilities. He directed that the planning for district training sessions should be done with seriousness and precision, ensuring each session is purposeful and participatory.
He urged workers to embrace training and take an active role in organizational expansion and social service. He expressed confidence that this campaign will further empower the organization to play a more effective role in nation-building.
