New Delhi, May 18: BJP MP Manan Kumar Mishra launched a strong attack on Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha. He accused Gandhi of making statements without proper consideration. This response came after Gandhi commented on the NEET paper leak controversy. Mishra stated that all key culprits and alleged masterminds involved in the scandal have been arrested, and the investigation is progressing swiftly.
Mishra remarked, “Rahul Gandhi speaks without thinking. As soon as the irregularities in the NEET exam came to the government’s attention, the exam was immediately canceled, and a CBI investigation was ordered.”
In an interview with a news agency, Mishra emphasized that during the investigation, all main offenders and alleged leaders of the scam have been apprehended, and the inquiry is advancing rapidly. To ensure that students’ futures and careers are not jeopardized, a new date for the exam has been set for June. However, he suggested that Gandhi seems unable to grasp the situation.
Maharashtra government minister Sanjay Shirsat commented on the NEET-UG paper leak, stating, “This is the first time I have seen a NEET paper leak, but such incidents occur every year. Those responsible are the private coaching classes. Students get caught up in this, and they are misled in many places.”
Meanwhile, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut asserted that the responsibility lies with the country’s education minister, who should be held accountable. If such an incident has occurred in Maharashtra, the state government must also accept responsibility. The NEET paper leak issue has now come to light, and a thorough investigation is necessary. Raut suggested that all individuals involved appear to have connections to the BJP. In fact, the threads of this conspiracy seem to reach individuals associated with the BJP in one way or another. Institutions like IITs, IIMs, NEET, CET, and various universities are now effectively under BJP control.
